1984 Honda V65 Sabre

1984 V65 Sabre

One autumn day I was scrolling through craigslist bored just killing time when I stumble on a post that seemed much to good to be true. For only small money I could get two V65 sabres that had both been sitting for some time but looked to be in good shape for their age. Turns out the offer was true and for only $500 each I end up with two Sabres. The blue one I sell to my friend and decide to keep the black one and start restoring it one piece at a time.

Here are the two bikes. the blue one I sold to my friend and the black, silver, and red one I started restoring. This picture was taken just after I got them both running.

Dented Tank

The bike had clearly been dropped before and this dent is perhaps the best example of the damage.
